I've improved on your almond shake. The flax oil provides you with omega-3 fats. I preferred ReNew fibersmart due to the healing fibers,slippery elm, and FOS.
This is a geat way to start your day. The fiber prolongs the absorption of the fruit, so even hypoglycemics can enjoy this morning bervage.
