Avocado & Apple salad wi/Wakame
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 small avocado, pitted, peeled and thinly sliced
1 Fuji apple, peeled, cored and julienned
1 ounce wakame, rehydrated, then drained and julienned
Whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add the avocado, apple and wakame. Gently toss. Serves 4.
